We’ll keep a close eye on them.

During their day of play we will determine whether we believe your pup would be comfortable spending nights at the barn.

Schedule your pup for boarding

If your pup passes their “test” day you can schedule their sleepover.

What to bring

We prioritize the safety and comfort of your canine companion. We suggest bringing your dog's own food to ensure they maintain their regular diet and prevent any potential digestion issues. Feel free to bring a bit extra for boarding, as playtime can burn more calories than their usual routine at home. In case you forget their meals, don't worry! We have in-house food available for your convenience.

During their boarding stay, we follow a feeding schedule of approximately 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., with a treat at naptime. Your pet's meals will be served exactly as per your instructions. We happily accommodate any special dietary needs without additional charges for feeding or administering medication.

As our play area involves interaction with other dogs, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing toys from home. This helps avoid any possessiveness or potential damage, as some toys may not be suitable for group play. we provide bedding and everything for your pup, but if you want to bring your dogs bedding with you, we will accommodate it.

Our boarding facilities are fully equipped to cater to dogs of various sizes and breeds. We require one full day of daycare in addition to their evaluation before their overnight or extended stay. Ideally, one day of daycare (with three days being optimal) before the overnight stay helps your pup acclimate to the facility, ensuring a more enjoyable experience. This time allows your dog to become familiar with our staff, understand that you'll return to take them home, and gives our team a chance to learn about your pup's personality and play preferences.

We provide dog boarding in two different ways: We can provide home style crates to house your pup at night or we can provide a crate free environment. Kennels will be coming soon.

To facilitate a smooth transition, we request that you arrive with your dog Arrive between 6:30am-12pm on the day they are scheduled to begin boarding. Dogs may be dropped off as soon as we open.

What happens overnight?

Blue Barn has someone on duty 24/7 and the barn. Staffed with experienced, responsible employees. The dogs are let out for the last potty break before bedtime, between 9:00PM and 10:00PM, every night. If your dog is anxious at night we will be able to comfort them and pay extra care to make sure they are calm. If anything happens someone will be right there to make sure everything is OK.

Coming soon we will be providing dog baths
